Questions sellers ask

What does it cost to list?+

Listing is free. Our commission only ever comes off a successful sale — there is no upfront fee to sell with us, ever.

Can I even sell my timeshare?+

Sometimes the honest answer is no, and we'll say so before you waste time or money. When you start a listing we give you a straight read — sellable, marginal, or effectively unsellable — and if it can't sell for a positive price we point you to the real options (handing it back to the managing body, relinquishing points, or a regulated exit). We don't charge a fee to tell you the truth.

When do I get paid?+

The buyer's money is held in Leisure Options' FNB Section 54 trust account. Once the managing body registers the transfer, we pay you the sale price from that account, less our fee.
